There will be a huge gap back, or both pieces will be so far down it will only look stupid. You'll have to attach the straps / octagons quite far...

My back plate got holes drilled for the 'rubber webbing', but the front had nothing. Seems like the former owner used velcro for this purpose.

Is there a chart or something of where it should be placed? Don't want the thing to look off.
