My back plate got holes drilled for the 'rubber webbing', but the front had nothing. Seems like the former owner used velcro for this purpose.
Is there a chart or something of where it should be placed? Don't want the thing to look off.

there is no chart each pilot fits their own armor & adjusts the height of the front armor (up or down) to where it fits comfortably & marks the placement of the octagon holes by that. BJR TI-50680

I use velcro, so that I can take front and back apart and put inside each other for packing. Also used velcro to attach support strapping to front shoulder. I only have everything bolted together on back.
