Hey Guys
as shown on FB here the new Version of the rubber straps V 3.0
They are very cool and also enforced with strabbing. Now I can cast 10 Sets at once.
V2 is a bit thicker than V3.0

I added my octagons with household (just one of 4 versions) of Goop. Clamped overnight and they aren't going anywhere and just add your chicago screws.

the first wave of the straps with new rubber just came out from the mold ... looks good

I had a thought. What if we incorporated the octagon at the edge of each strap? For the TI it would be good but not so much for the other costumes.

Hi Boss
I make a mold for the octagon and cast it with rubber. Webbing inside sucks but rubber only works not bad. I will send you the first set of rubber octagon to approve

Maybe this will be great update for the Pilots.

I think this is quite a breakthrough for the active wear flight armor. We know its not screen accurate but it does simulate it and makes it easier to wear the costume. We just need to be able to make it glossy enough.

It's almost like its better than screen accurate. I really do love my rubber straps.

Just got my rubber straps in the mail yesterday. Already have the extra rubber flashing from the mold trimmed off. They are ready to go as soon as my armor and bucket arrive.
