I too have built props using pepakura .my helmet for my mandalorian kit is pepakura . It takes some time patience and skill but in the end the experience of a hand made piece makes it that much more special and rewarding.

In the links, there is an AT-AT file that has the armour. That is probably close enough if you aren't going for 501st, i.e. a GA kit for your kids. I gave the chestbox a go and that turned out OK for my first go. I'm going to try again and have a look at a different way to attach and see if that works better .. actually, I should probably go and watch some YouTube.

sorry or the lateness of the reply but Don't think i was getting any notifications.. the at-at driver armor and the tie pilot armor are the exact same armor pieces just differet colors. if anyone is still looking for the pep file for the armor don't be afraid to drop me your E-mail address Via Pm and I will get it out to you as soon as I can.

what do you scale the chest armor at?

I scaled my Chestbox to 210mm width, (including doughnuts, that I didn't use). This size worked perfectly

very good. I had some A5 cardstock cut for me, that should make things easier for future pepping.
