Firebat, I like how you lined the box with foam. I think I just might have to steal that idea :)

Yeah the foam works great. I put the back armor down first. amp boxes and mic under that for protection. boots laying on each other on other side. the flight suit. gun and holster inbetween the flight suit before I fold it over.

Fold flight suit over then chest armor. Then I have our table top cover I put down over flightsuit then belt, comm pad, batter and cards on top.

I have the same tote but never thought about adding foam in there. I will have to do that.

Mine is lined with virtually the same foam. It's actually a mattress pad that I glued in with spray adhesive. The pad only cost about $ 12 and I had enough foam to do two totes

Well, here are my pics .. bucket is in a motorcycle helmet bag with a couple of patches sewn on. I do intend to get my TI # sewn into it at some stage too.
