Armor shoulders straps !

Hi everybody ! First I wish you an happy new year and a best hunting for this year !

Second, for the forst day of the year I have a bad surprise, my armor shoulders straps break in my hands so I have a question, anyone know where I can find it but in flexible materiel (exp: heavy rubber) ?
